From city to a sea, Amsterdam to Scotland, exchanging canals for a 500m beach piled high with plastic litter after the storms. A global issue on my new doorstep? Making plastic bag-flags from those bags we used to chuck away, finally 25 cents in Holland. Will the UK ever ban them outright?
